Yosemite Pathology Medical Group, Inc. (YPMG) is a private independent pathologist owned and operated surgical pathology and cytology laboratory seeking multiple board-certified AP/CP pathologists for opportunities within our growing practice. The three (3) specific opportunities are within the cities of Bakersfield, St. Helena, and Modesto
Bakersfield – No subspecialty required
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a wide variety of cases and working independently in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for a pathologist who enjoys diverse pathology work without the need for a specific subspecialty.
St. Helena – Hematopathology subspecialty preferred
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a hospital based system with a wide variety of cases. There will be more hematopathology cases based on locality. If you are board-certified or board-eligible in hematopathology and enjoy working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment, we encourage you to apply.
Modesto – Dermatopathology subspecialty needed
We are looking for a board-certified dermatopathologist to join our team. In this role, you will handle a wide variety of dermatologic and general surgical cases. The successful candidate will be passionate about dermatopathology and thrive in an environment where expertise and collaboration are valued.
Qualifications:
• Board certification in anatomic pathology (AP) and clinical pathology (CP)
• Hold active or eligible for California medical license
• Additional subspecialty certification as required for St. Helena and Modesto positions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
