Position Overview
We are expanding our team and invite applications from Florida-licensed Pathologists interested in either full-time or part-time positions. This role is ideal for professionals seeking stability with the option of flexible scheduling, while contributing to SPL’s reputation for excellence in pathology services.

This role is ideal for a pathologist who wants to balance meaningful diagnostic work with the flexibility to enjoy Florida’s lifestyle—whether that means more time on the water, extended weekends, or splitting time between states.
Collaborative environment: Work alongside licensed Histotechnologists and Lab Aides who provide technical support.
Varied practice settings: Assignments across multiple sites, with convenient transportation provided from our laboratory in a company vehicle — or, if you prefer, meet us directly at the client site.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
Current medical license in the state of Florida
Board-certified or board-eligible
Strong diagnostic skills and ability to communicate findings clearly
Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and patient-centered care
Ability to adapt to varied practice settings and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Candidates must be authorized to work in the US. SPL will not sponsor applicants for work visas
