Most case sign-outs are performed remotely using a fully digital pathology platform, allowing for flexibility and efficiency from home or an off-site location. - Digital Workflow:
The practice has operated with a fully digital workflow since 2021, enabling seamless remote case review and collaboration among dermatopathologists. - Collaborative Remote Environment:

a) Year 1 = $400K, no incentive pay and lower case volume expectations (83 bottles/day)
b) Year 2 = $425K, no incentive pay and step-up in case volumes expectation (97 bottles/day)
c) Year 3 = $450K, no incentive pay, step-up in case volume expectations (110 bottles/day) and $20,000 bonus opportunity for good performance
d) Year 4 = $475, incentive pay participation and 117 bottles/day productivity expectation.
e) Year 5 = $500K and full incentive plan participation with 117 bottles/day productivity expectation
f) Beyond Year 5 = $500k salary, and cash opportunity is in form of incentive pay only.
All cases beyond the daily threshold will be paid at $19/bottle.
No payments at all for immunohistochemistry or special stains.
