We are seeking an AP/CP Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pathologist with subspecialty training or strong experience in Cytopathology to join our growing pathology services team in Greenville, SC or Columbia, South Carolina. This full-time role offers the opportunity to focus on high-quality cytopathology sign-out while maintaining a required general surgical pathology component. The selected candidate may occasionally assist in supporting sister sites in Sumter and Greenwood, South Carolina.

- CAP-accredited hospital laboratories with strong cytopathology case volume

Key Responsibilities:
- Cytopathology sign-out including gynecologic, non-gynecologic, and FNA specimens
- General surgical pathology sign-out as part of routine responsibilities
- Participation in FNA performance, rapid on-site evaluations (ROSE), and consultations
- Contribution to interdisciplinary clinical discussions and tumor boards
- Engagement in lab quality assurance and CAP compliance initiatives
- Optional general surgical pathology casework depending on practice needs
Requirements
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- AP/CP Board Certification or Board Eligibility
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Cytopathology preferred
- Eligible for South Carolina medical license
- Excellent diagnostic and communication skills
- Strong commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care
